What should I wear to my session?
Upon booking, I'll send you a free style guide, suggesting the perfect wardrobe for your photo session that will make your pictures pop. Use that guide, and let me handle the rest. Your comfort and confidence are my top priorities, and I'll make sure you look and feel your best during our time together!
How many images will I receive from the session?
The number of images you'll receive from the session depends on the specific session package you choose. You can find the exact number of images listed in the description for each session on my booking site. Additionally, if you find you'd like even more images than what's included in your selected package, I offer additional images for purchase. So, you have the flexibility to customize your collection to suit your preferences!
When will I receive my images from my session?
My usual turnaround time for delivering your images is 24-48 hours. However, it's important to note that during my busiest seasons, like fall and the holidays, or big event sessions such as birth, newborn or weddings, the turnaround time might extend to around 2-4 weeks. I want to ensure that you receive the highest quality images, and this level of quality requires careful editing and attention to detail for each photo. Rest assured, I'm dedicated to providing you with beautifully perfected images, and I appreciate your patience during this process!
What if I need to cancel or reschedule my session?
I have a cancellation policy in place that's outlined within the contract you'll sign when booking your session. Please refer to the contract for detailed information regarding cancellations. It's important to note that for mini sessions, rescheduling may not be possible due to their time-sensitive nature. If you have any specific concerns or need to discuss a cancellation or rescheduling, please feel free to reach out directly, and we'll address your situation accordingly.
Do I have to order prints through you?
The short answer is no, you're not obligated to order your prints through me. However, I highly recommend using a reputable printing company to ensure the best quality for your cherished images. It's worth noting that using a local photo lab from a department store can often result in blurry and distorted images, which can be frustrating.
While you're welcome to choose your own printing service, I'm more than happy to guide you in the right direction by recommending trusted companies that deliver excellent results. Your satisfaction is important to me, and I want your final prints to reflect the beauty of your photographs.
